IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO XING DE JIU FOR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
